Executive Search Firm 

Seeking experienced talent in Fashion, Retail & Luxury Goods 

and/or FMCG/Consumer Goods


1. Identification and Pre-selection of potential Candidates corresponding to the profile sought

Identify the Candidates corresponding to the profile requested by the Client; present them to the Consultant(s) 

Synthesize all the elements defined by the Consultant(s) and the Client regarding the Company’s needs and expectations in terms of Candidate profile and job specifications. Eventually participating in the Consultant(s)/Client interviews

Identify the targeted Companies. Propose and define research guidelines. Define a research strategy in collaboration with the Consultant(s)

Identify the Candidates in the Database, targeted Companies, appropriate schools, etc.

Interact with the Candidates/Sources directly

Make a pre-selection of Candidates and present them to the Consultant(s)

Follow up current assignments, be the link between the Client and Candidates (face-to-face, by phone, by mail/e-mail, etc.) as a support and in coordination with the Consultant(s). Manage the administrative files from their openings to their closings 

Up-date the files and contacts for the Clients (Meetings, etc.)

Participate in the follow-up of the Client/Candidate relationship (from the first contact to the integration)

Ensure the administrative management of the assignments (organization and follow-up of the creation of the Candidate files, closing, etc.)

Ensure the assignments are correctly closed for all parties involved - Candidates, Sources and References 

Update the Database real-time: identification, contacts and collected information (Candidates, Sources, Companies, etc.)

2. Follow up current assignments, be the link between the Client, Consultant and Candidates as a support. Manage the administrative files from their opening to their closing.

Capture knowledge generated during assignments related to assignments, clients, candidates, sector, etc.

Actively contribute to the creation of internal procedures and ensure the proper application

3. Business building / Special Projects

Specific transversal/functional studies requested by Clients (e.g. study on salaries for a specific function, group of companies, sector, etc.)

Development and updating of company organization charts based on Firm database and desk research


Education : Business or Higher education, University or Management College

Languages : Fluency in English & French is mandatory (and Italian is a plus)

Place of work : Paris 

Qualifying Characteristics:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Recruitment Sector is mandatory 

Experience either in in the Fashion, Retail and Luxury Goods and/or the creative sector and/or FMCG/Consumer Goods is a definitive plus

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Effective and up to date word processing and database know-how

Interested in people and business

Highly quality minded with a strong sense of urgency

Capable of quickly assimilating the essential trends and working closely with demanding professionals

Service minded and cooperative with a high sense of responsibility for results

Curious, proactive, eager to learn, energetic and persistent

Methodical, systematic, and detail oriented
