POSITION
To expand our team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Search Consultant based in our Paris offices.

The Consultant will execute leadership search and consulting projects in the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic and Biotech industry and handling both national and international roles.

The Consultant will be contacting potential and existing clients to find out about their business, their culture, their recruitment needs and to develop a long term relationship with them.
At the same time, you will be talking to professionals seeking new challenges by assessing their skills, background, goals and suitability for different positions or projects. With internal support our multilingual research team and from your previous professional experiences, you will be largely responsible for bringing together clients and candidates in a successful match.

The Consultant will be given responsibility for managing and strengthening existing client relationships, as well as developing and expanding repeat business and identifying new opportunities. The Execution Consultant will have the scope to develop new business emanating from their day to day duties, either within new product areas across the existing client portfolio or alternatively with new clients.

Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have 5 plus years experience in the healthcare business environment, preferably in a service oriented industry. The candidate will have developed a network of contacts across the specific markets or functions and will currently be working in a similar capacity for a Recruitment Consultancy.

The candidate has a proven experience in developing business, experience in recruitment and team building is essential. He possesses strong and client management skills. We are looking for someone that thrives in a team environment in a collaborative fashion but is able to work independently and able to prioritize the tasks effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will also have a previous experience in a client facing role and will be able to communicate fluently in English.

- Master's degree and/or professional certifications are advantageous
- Demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement experience; including a role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives.
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large.
- Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
- 5 years experience in an acute healthcare environment
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills are required
